About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite ERP Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of NetSuite ERP systems. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP processes, system configuration, and integration techniques. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors, to ensure the seamless operation of our enterprise systems. The primary focus will be on enhancing system functionality, supporting business processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to strategic projects and help optimize our enterprise resource planning landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a strong emphasis on ERP systems.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce implementations within NetSuite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
- NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven expertise in creating, customizing, and managing NetSuite fields, workflows, roles and permissions, custom objects, custom records, scripts, reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
- At least 1 year of experience in SuiteCommerce Administration.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite API integrations and experience working with business processes such as Quote to Cash and Procure to Pay.
- Knowledge of SDF migration, code repository management, and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, along with experience using JIRA for activity management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the ERP Manager to identify and implement solutions that address business requirements within NetSuite and related integrated systems such as Avalara and Pace Jet.
- Assist in designing and configuring NetSuite modules, workflows, and customizations to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain custom fields, scripts, reports, dashboards, and other system components to enhance system functionality.
- Monitor and improve system integrations between legacy systems and NetSuite, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.
- Support report development, data exports, and data extraction activities to facilitate business analysis and decision-making.
- Conduct complex business and systems analysis to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend optimal solutions.
- Participate in design sessions, creating detailed technical specifications based on functional requirements.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements, development standards, and best practices based on experience.
- Support key financial processes, including month-end close and financial reporting activities.
- Define test criteria, perform testing, and validate new functionalities and system upgrades.
- Execute quality assurance tasks, ensuring all system changes meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Follow established development, change management procedures, including ticketing, documentation, testing, and migration processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization while adhering to SDLC best practices.
