Role: NetSuite Technical Consultant

Location: Hyderabad.
JD:Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical proficiency and functional understanding to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· System Administration: Manage and maintain financial system NetSuite.
· Functional Expertise: Configure and support core NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR) particularly Procure to Pay, Order to Cash & Accounting functions, resolving system issues and user queries.
· Customization: Provide technical support to the finance team, develop custom code using SuiteScript (Client Scripts, User Event Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts) and design complex workflows (SuiteFlow) to meet business requirements.
· Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect financial data and
systems. Build and manage proper segregation of duties structure for the team.
· Integration: Ensure seamless integration between various financial systems and other enterprise applications, such as Zip to NetSuite, Coupa to NetSuite, etc.
· Updates and Upgrades: Plan and execute system updates and upgrades, minimizing
downtime and ensuring compatibility.
· Monitoring and Performance: Continuously monitor system performance and make
improvements as needed.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations,
procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
· Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with software vendors and service providers to
resolve issues and plan for future enhancements.
· Project Management: Lead and participate in IT projects related to financial systems,
· ensuring timely and successful completion. Participate in scrum ceremonies and work
· collaboratively with other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Experience: 6–10+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, customization, and support.
· Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP processes (O2C, P2P).
· Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in designing workflows, Knowledge of SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow will be an added advantage
· Data Management: Proficiency in data migration methodologies (CSV imports/exports).
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent experience.
