Job Title : NetSuite QA Analyst
Job Type : Full-Time / Contract
Experience : 8-15 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- 8 15 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP testing and validation.
- Experience testing NetSuite customizations, workflows, SuiteFlow, and SuiteScript-based solutions.
- Solid understanding of NetSuite business processes including Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, or related modules.
- Experience with defect management and project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience in API, integration, and data validation testing.
- NetSuite certification(s) such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for test management and Agile project execution.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Review and validate customizations developed using NetSuite SuiteScript (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x).
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and validate defect fixes.
- Create and maintain test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality dashboards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing best practices, and organizational QA processes.
- Support production deployments, smoke testing, and post-release validation activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
