About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven NetSuite Project Manager who can take a multi-company Life Sciences implementation from chaos to go-live to join our dynamic team at Grafieks Lab Pvt Ltd, Noida location
This isn't a plug-and-play ERP rollout. You'll be walking into multiple companies with different processes, different systems, and different ways of doing things, and your job is to bring order to that, get everyone aligned on one NetSuite platform, and get it live without breaking anything along the way.
If you've led ERP transformations before, especially ones involving multiple entities or post-merger integration, this will feel familiar.
What You'll Do
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-company NetSuite implementation
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Set up governance frameworks, steering committee cadence, and executive reporting
- Manage scope, risk, and change requests
Business Transformation
- Drive process harmonization across entities
- Lead workshops to define a future-state operating model aligned with Life Sciences best practices
- Standardize processes across Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management
- Ensure business objectives translate cleanly into NetSuite solution design
Data & Integration
- Lead legacy system assessment and data migration strategy
- Oversee master data governance and cleansing
- Manage integrations with third-party systems, labs, CRM, WMS, EDI, and reporting platforms
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the key liaison between client leadership, business stakeholders, implementation teams, and executive sponsors
- Drive decisions and resolve issues quickly
- Lead change management and user adoption efforts
Delivery & Quality
- Ensure strong execution across design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare
- Track project health and delivery KPIs
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory and quality requirements
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of ERP implementation experience
- 5+ years managing NetSuite implementation programs
- Experience leading multi-entity or post-acquisition ERP transformations
- Strong grasp of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Inventory processes
- A track record of managing cross-functional, global teams
Nice to Have
- NetSuite ERP certification
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
- Experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotech, or Pharma
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated or GxP environments
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) practices
