The Leadership Collective (TLC) is partnering with a fast-growing organisation in the real estate lending sector that is expanding its finance operations in India.
We are looking to connect with an experienced NetSuite Finance Specialist who can support the business by maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and assisting with reporting across a growing international operation.

About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring financial records are accurate, reconciled, and prepared for reporting and analysis.
Core Responsibilities
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and journal entries
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure invoices and payments are coded accurately and processed in a timely manner
• Assist with statutory tax documentation where required
• Prepare financial reports and support management with financial analysis
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve financial queries
• Provide support during audit processes and maintain compliance with accounting policies and standards
Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong NetSuite ERP experience (minimum 2 years hands-on)
• Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working with international teams using email and online collaboration tools
• Exposure to loan servicing or real estate finance is advantageous
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
