Role: NetSuite Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Work Hours: IST (Ability to work until at least 12:00 PM CT to ensure overlap with the existing team)
Location: 100% Remote
We are seeking a NetSuite Developer with strong SuiteScript experience to support development, optimization, and modernization of enterprise NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, integrations, and NetSuite platform customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x
- Optimize scripts, saved searches, and scheduled jobs for performance and scalability
- Support SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteQL queries, and NetSuite administration activities
- Modernize and refactor legacy SuiteScript 1.0 solutions
- Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and platforms
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes
- Support data management, automation, and system optimization initiatives
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
- Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteScript 1.0 debugging/refactoring
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteQL, saved searches, and SDF
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals and understanding of NetSuite governance limits
- Experience with Git and CI/CD practices

- NetSuite migration/refactor experience
- Integration platform experience (Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft)
- Workday integration exposure
- NetSuite certifications
