About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining NetSuite solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the NetSuite platform, utilizing modern programming languages and cloud technologies. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern development practices is essential to succeed in this position.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: 4+ years in NetSuite development, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Scala, or C#.
- Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience operating production systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure, with GCP experience considered a plus.
- Development Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, microservices architecture, and "Everything as Code" principles.
- Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Terraform and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and cloud-native development practices is advantageous.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality NetSuite solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Build and manage production workloads on leading cloud platforms, with an emphasis on Google Cloud Platform when applicable.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Work with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and containerization technologies such as Docker to streamline deployment processes.
- Adopt and promote modern engineering practices including continuous integration and deployment, microservices architecture, test-driven development, and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams to deliver impactful solutions on time and within scope.
- Apply a strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms to optimize system performance and maintainability.
