About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team at Dreampath Services. This role is pivotal in driving the customization, integration, and overall optimization of NetSuite ERP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a techno-functional bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business requirements into technical solutions and ensuring seamless implementation.
The Senior NetSuite Developer will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects, including developing and customizing NetSuite modules, creating system integrations with external platforms, designing reports and analytics, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The position is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to balance remote work and on-site collaboration. This is a full-time role suitable for experienced professionals eager to contribute to impactful projects and advance their careers in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a robust combination of experience, technical expertise, and functional knowledge:
- 8-12+ years of total professional experience in IT and ERP environments.
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience specifically with NetSuite development and customization.
- Proven experience working within enterprise or high-growth organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), and financial modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The Senior NetSuite Developer will be entrusted with a variety of critical responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with external platforms such as CRM, billing, and financial systems via REST APIs and Web Services.
- Create and optimize workflows using SuiteFlow to automate key business processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Lead data migration and transformation activities, including building saved searches and reports for analytics and decision-making.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support for NetSuite systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements before deployment.
