About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior NetSuite Developer to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with 4-7 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and a strong background in finance and accounting modules. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing our internal NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring its stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to customize, develop, and optimize NetSuite solutions that streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in SuiteScript development, ERP customization, integrations, and financial reporting, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech, B.E, B.Sc, BCA, or MCA. Prior experience of 4-7 years working with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is essential. Certification in NetSuite is highly preferred, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the platform. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting processes, project management, billing, fixed assets management, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are critical. Experience with ERP integrations, particularly with platforms like Salesforce and Zoho, will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Senior NetSuite Developer at RapidBrains, your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of technical and functional tasks:
- Design, develop, and implement tailored NetSuite ERP solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
- Create and customize scripts, workflows, dashboards, reports, and forms using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 and SuiteFlow.
- Manage and troubleshoot NetSuite configurations, enhancements, and customization requests to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support and maintain finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
- Configure and support project management and billing modules, including project costing, time tracking, and profitability analysis for IT services projects.
- Oversee Fixed Assets management, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and lifecycle tracking within NetSuite.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports, MIS dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Drive continuous process improvements and best practices for ERP utilization across departments.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of ERP projects and enhancements.
