About The Role
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite’s Order to Cash (OTC) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) modules, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects that drive business growth and operational excellence. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business needs. Flexibility in location and a willingness to support ET hours (8 AM - 5 PM ET) are essential for this position.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong hands-on experience in NetSuite development, particularly within OTC and ARM modules. A comprehensive understanding of revenue recognition processes and NetSuite capabilities is crucial. Proficiency in SuiteScript (both 1.0 and 2.0), RESTlets, and system integrations is required. Experience working with GitHub and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) is mandatory, along with familiarity with unit testing and AI-assisted development practices. Candidates should have a solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is also preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly, are essential for success in this role.

The key responsibilities of this role include designing, developing, and implementing solutions within NetSuite, with a focus on OTC and ARM modules. The developer will work extensively on customizing NetSuite through SuiteScript, RESTlets, and other tools to meet specific business requirements. Managing item catalog structures, record configurations, and internal processes within NetSuite will be part of daily tasks. Capturing functional requirements and translating them into scalable, efficient technical solutions is vital to ensure seamless system performance. The role involves developing proof-of-concept demonstrations, full-scale implementations, and providing ongoing post-production support, especially related to revenue recognition processes. Ensuring high-quality code through rigorous unit testing and adhering to coding standards is mandatory. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including QA, analysts, and stakeholders, will be critical to delivering successful projects that align with business objectives.
