Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a passionate and skilled Netsuite Consultant based in Coimbatore. The Netsuite Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing the Netsuite ERP system, offering technical support, and customizing solutions to meet client goals. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operational and business processes, conducting training, and performing both pre- and post-implementation assessments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting/admin experience.
- Strong experience in inventory, procurement, and asset workflows.
- Technical Skills: NetSuite Administration — roles, permissions, configurations, and module management. SuiteScript development — experience with customisation and workflow automation.
- SuiteFlow workflow design and SuiteBuilder customisation (records, fields, forms, searches).
- SuiteAnalytics — saved searches, custom reports, KPI dashboards. REST and SOAP API integration with external platforms. JavaScript / TypeScript proficiency; understanding of async patterns and error handling.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules:– Inventory and Procurement– Asset Lifecycle and Fixed Assets– GL, AR/AP, Order Management (OTC), CRM Version control using Git; familiarity with deployment best practices. Basic SuiteQL / SQL knowledge for custom reporting and data extraction
