Netskope / Deployment Engineer – Ridge IT
Ridge IT is seeking to hire a Netskope Deployment Engineer to support our solutions practice through project‑based technology implementations, Tier 2/3 technical issue resolution, and direct customer support. This role offers significant growth potential and exposure to cutting‑edge cloud security technologies. Position Breakdown
- Projects / Tier 2–3 Technical Work – 60%
- Deployment Advisory Projects – 40%
Your primary responsibility is solving complex issues and delivering white‑glove implementation services for our commercial customers.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales teams with subject‑matter expertise, product demos, and test environments
- Advising customer IT teams on implementing our SaaS solutions
- Providing technical guidance throughout the deployment lifecycle

The Work
- Manage the full implementation process in alignment with company deployment schedules and SOPs
- Troubleshoot complex, multi‑system issues
- Configure and deploy SaaS security offerings
- Provide technical advisory support via Zoom, email, and phone
- Offer specialized support to implementation and sales teams
Specific Skills
- Advanced troubleshooting across multi‑system environments
- Firewall rules experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and network segmentation
- Experience with VPN technologies
- URL filtering experience
- Virtual machine management
- Experience with SAML or modern authentication protocols
- Knowledge of Azure AD
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud/SaaS technologies
- CCNA (Plus)
- Netskope (Required)
- Experience with firewalls (Required)
- Experience with Fortinet (Plus)
- Experience with Cisco (Plus)
- Bilingual (Plus)
Added Bonus Skills
- Office 365 technologies (Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, SharePoint, File Storage)
- Azure environment management
- PowerShell
- Netskope platform experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or technology experience
- 3+ years in client‑facing roles
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- A drive for quality, efficiency, and timeliness
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
