About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team at Netradyne. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy and execution to support the company's growth and hiring needs. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent across all functions and levels - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing coaching and mentorship - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment plans - Leverage data and analytics to measure the success of recruitment efforts and continuously improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal/compliance requirements related to talent acquisition - Contribute to the overall HR and people strategy as a member of the HR leadership team Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally in a high-growth technology environment - Proven track record of building and leading successful talent acquisition teams - Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement strategies - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making - Passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
