Technology Experience Specialist, Studio

As a Technology Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the studio teams at Netflix, ensuring smooth operations and enabling our content creators to bring their visions to life. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, working closely with the engineering team to resolve problems and improve the overall technology experience. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the studio's technology stack, proactive monitoring, and effective communication with stakeholders to maintain a high level of service and productivity.
