Technical Program Manager, Culture and Inclusion

As the Technical Program Manager for Culture and Inclusion, you will be responsible for driving critical strategic initiatives that foster an inclusive culture and advance representation across Netflix's technology organization. This role will partner closely with leaders across the business to understand their needs, develop comprehensive plans, and drive execution to bring those plans to life. You will be responsible for setting the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for culture and inclusion initiatives, as well as managing cross-functional projects, tracking progress, and reporting on results. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires strong program management skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a genuine passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
