About the role

The Data & Onboarding (Ads) team at Netflix is responsible for building tools and solutions that power our advertising business. We are looking for a talented Product Manager to own and drive key initiatives related to data, analytics, and onboarding experiences for our advertising partners. In this role, you will: - Lead the roadmap and execution of data and insights solutions that enable our advertising partners to effectively measure, optimize, and scale their campaigns on Netflix. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other product teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements. - Deeply understand our advertising partners' needs and pain points, and translate them into technical requirements and product roadmaps. - Analyze usage data, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvements to our onboarding and self-serve capabilities. - Communicate the vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a track record of shipping high-quality, data-driven products. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex data and analytics systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and rally cross-functional teams. - Passion for building user-centric products that drive business impact. - Understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and measurement best practices.
