JOB SUMMARY As a Netflix Tagger, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our viewers experience by accurately labeling and categorizing content. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere, contributing to Netflix extensive library while leveraging your passion for entertainment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Watch and analyze Netflix content to generate relevant tags and metadata. Categorize content based on genre, theme, audience, and other attributes. Collaborate with the content acquisition and creative teams to ensure accurate labeling. Maintain consistency and quality in tagging across various types of content. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong passion for movies and TV series across different genres and cultures. Attention to detail and ability to consistently apply predefined guidelines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. EXPERIENCE Prior experience in content categorization, indexing, or similar roles preferred but not required. Familiarity with Netflix content library and streaming service is advantageous. WORKING HOURS Flexible remote work schedule; part-time and full-time positions available. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to adapt quickly to changing content trends and viewer preferences.
