The Talent Management team is responsible for leading the development and execution of talent strategies for employees of Netflix. As the Manager, Talent Management (Leadership) - EMEA, you will focus on developing and executing talent strategies for leaders at Netflix in the EMEA region. This involves partnering closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure we are identifying, developing, and retaining the best talent. You will also play a key role in designing and delivering leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing talent processes and a track record of driving impactful leadership development initiatives. Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are a must.
