About the role

As a Manager of Content Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and analysis for Netflix's content investments and operations in Korea. You will work closely with the local leadership team to provide financial insights that inform decision-making, help manage budgets, and build analytical models to support the business. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing financial models and dashboards to track and analyze the performance of Netflix's content investments in Korea • Providing insightful recommendations on content budgets, licensing deals, and other strategic initiatives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Content, Marketing, and Legal) to understand the drivers of financial performance • Partnering with the global FP&A team to align on financial reporting, forecasting, and planning processes • Advising the local leadership team on strategic financial decisions The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a passion for Netflix's content business. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
