About the role

This role will be a key member of the Talent Analytics & Machine Learning team, partnering with the HR business to build and scale best-in-class workforce planning, organizational design, and talent diagnostics capabilities. You'll utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that drive strategic people decisions and support Netflix's continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical and analytical skills to have meaningful impact on Netflix's most important asset - our people. In this role, you will: - Partner with functional and HR leadership teams to define the problem statements, collect and structure the data, build analytical models and deliver actionable insights to drive people-related business decisions - Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast talent supply and demand, identify drivers of attrition, build organizational capability and workforce planning analytics - Design and implement self-serve analytical tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization - Stay on the cutting edge of people analytics capabilities and bring new ideas to enhance our talent management strategy - Lead end-to-end project management of key initiatives, from scoping to delivery and adoption - Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to drive change and deliver impact What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) - 4+ years of experience in people analytics, talent management, or business intelligence - Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI - Experience in leveraging predictive analytics, machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems - Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex analyses into actionable insights - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision making at all levels - Passionate about people analytics and driving positive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
