Procurement Analyst Intern

Reporting into the Director of Procurement for Mass Storage Commodities, the Procurement Analyst intern will: Partner with the SSD Procurement Manager and lead a key project impacting the bottom line Lead the SSD cost forecasting project. The project involves building a tool to predict SSD pricing by aligning relevant inputs and by leveraging advanced statistics/AI/ML tools. The goal for the tool is to provide a relatively accurate NetApp point-of-view of the SSD market and pricing Develop an understanding of our Procurement, Supply Chain and Systems and Tools processes and identify targets for improvement in transactional and operations efficiencies Support the SSD Procurement manager with coordinating supplier meeting/negotiations and ad hoc analysis around spend/cost projections
