Role Description
- Overall Experience - 5-8 years of Hands on experience in software design & development using Microsoft technologies like C, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL server, WCF & RESTful 2. .Net Tech Skills- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, C, ASP.NET, and related technologies. Including excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. 3. SQL Server- Hands on experience in SQL Server database including writing complex queries, Stored Procedures and SQL Profiling. 4. Standards/Guidelines- Working knowledge of implementing best industry coding practices 5. Working with teams- Working knowledge in working with cross-functional teams (offshore + Onsite) to gather requirements and define project scope 6. Leadership/team player- Good Team player - ready to provide support in delivery process 7. Mgmt. Tools- Working knowledge of JIRA Agile, Confluence, Source Control systems like Bit Bucket/Git, Unit Test Automation and CI/CD 8. Nice to Have- AWS, Financial Domain/Payment Gateways knowledge, Harness/Jenkin 9. Communication- Excellent communication skills - written and Verbal

Experience working closely with product and account support personnel to help prioritize the best solutions to the largest problems. Experience designing and architecting systems to meet high standards of reliability and ease of use Attention to detail in work and ability to identify ambiguities in specifications. Able to effectively communicate ideas and concepts within your team, across teams, and throughout the organization, even with non-technical audiences, in both written and verbal forms. The Candidate Should Possess

- Optional: Knowledge of AWS : SQS ,SNS , Lambda.
- Nice to have : SQL Kata, Harness, Jenkins , Code Build
- Strong troubleshooting, programming, analytical and Logical skills is a must.
- Strong understanding: of SQL, Stored Procedure, Joins, Complex queries and troubleshooting
- Good experience of using source control systems.: GIT, Bitbucket, etc.
- Understandiong of MicroService based architecture is an added advantage.
- A natural communicator who can explain technical concepts in clear, plain English (both written and verbal)
- Should be able to explain the technical architecture of his project, data flow with reasoning: as to how it was designed, what approach were used and why Tech Stack Preference: -
- Should do Code Review and follow Best Coding Practices.
- Willing to work for US clients in overlap timings 3 hrs.
