About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
- Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Senior .NET Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions within the Compliance Watchdog platform. Key responsibilities include implementing new features, especially those driven by AI and machine learning, to enhance product capabilities. The role involves writing clean, efficient, and scalable code, conducting thorough debugging and testing, and optimizing application performance for high reliability. The programmer will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities and user-centric design. Additionally, they will participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. Ensuring compliance with industry standards for security and data privacy is paramount, and the role requires staying current with emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our products.
