About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
- Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Senior .NET Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions within the Compliance Watchdog platform. This includes implementing new features driven by AI technologies, optimizing existing code for performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure system stability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensuring code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices is essential. Additionally, the candidate will stay abreast of emerging AI and software development trends to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance the platform's capabilities. The role also entails mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical documentation to facilitate ongoing maintenance and scalability of the software.
