About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
- Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Senior .NET Programmer will be responsible for leading the development of innovative features within the Compliance Watchdog platform, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence to enhance functionality and user experience. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable code using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate will also be tasked with debugging and troubleshooting existing applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring the software adheres to best practices and industry standards. Additionally, the role requires staying abreast of emerging AI technologies and incorporating them into the product roadmap, as well as mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
