Role Description
The .Net Lead will oversee software development projects, ensure the application of best coding practices, and guide a team of developers towards successful project execution. Responsibilities include designing technical solutions, writing efficient and scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting application issues. The .Net Lead will also mentor team members and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Expertise in .Net Framework, ASP.Net, and C#
- Experience with SQL Server and database management
- Proficiency in Web Development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural best practices, and application debugging
- Experience with team leadership, project coordination, and mentorship
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development processes is a plus
