Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of .NET applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and high-level architecture using .NET technologies.
- Oversee and contribute to data access layers using ADO.NET, optimizing queries and connection management.
- Review code for quality, adherence to standards, and alignment with architectural guidelines; provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Drive end-to-end SDLC activities including estimation, planning, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release stabilization.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA to ensure timely and accurate delivery of features.
- Identify technical risks and performance bottlenecks and implement effective solutions and improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation across the team.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, recommending tools, frameworks, and patterns suitable for .NET ecosystems.
