About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate .NET Full Stack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture, along with hands-on experience in modern full-stack development. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and Full Stack Development
- Design and update course curriculum, training materials, and assignments
- Conduct live coding sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs
- Mentor and guide students on projects and career paths
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and feedback
- Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET technologies and full-stack development
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training effectiveness
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and MVC Framework
- Experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+
- Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular/React (preferred)
- Database knowledge: SQL Server / MySQL
- Understanding of Web APIs and RESTful services
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, mentor, or instructor
- Experience in real-world project development
- Certifications in Microsoft .NET technologies will be an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
