.Net Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and modernise applications that underpin the organisation’s operational delivery and digital transformation agenda. This role combines strong capability in C#, .NET, and Microsoft server technologies with exposure to AI‑enabled solutions, supporting both the evolution of legacy systems and the development of next‑generation intelligent applications.

This position plays a critical role in application modernisation, server and cloud migration initiatives, and the integration of AI‑driven capabilities such as automated document processing, chatbots, and predictive services. You will work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and AI engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient solutions across a global BPO technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Modernise and refactor legacy applications to improve performance, maintainability, and alignment with current platforms and standards.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and AI inference endpoints, including integrations with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and machine learning models.
  • Contribute to server migration initiatives, including application redevelopment and validation for Windows Server 2022 and Azure‑based environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to align applications with cloud, server, and platform standards, ensuring stability, security, and performance.
  • Partner with AI engineering teams to design, test, and deploy AI‑enabled features such as document classification, chatbots, and workflow automation.
  • Support development of CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent application of version control, coding standards, and deployment practices.
  • Provide backup coverage for MI‑related development where required, reducing single‑points‑of‑failure and ensuring service continuity.
  • Produce clear technical documentation, architecture notes, and implementation guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, tooling, and engineering standards.

Technical Skills Required

  • 3–6 years’ professional experience in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
  • Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, application architecture, and modern design principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows Server environments, including IIS, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
  • Proven involvement in server, infrastructure, or cloud migration projects (on‑premise to Azure or AWS).
  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, and secure application interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Understanding of API security, authentication mechanisms, and containerised or cloud‑hosted deployments.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills within agile delivery environments.
  • Exposure to or interest in AI/ML technologies, including ML.NET, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Ability to produce clear technical documentation and maintain clean, structured, and well‑tested code.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Azure cloud services and application hosting models.
  • Exposure to intelligent automation, document processing, or AI‑driven workflow optimisation.
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and infrastructure‑aligned development approaches.
  • Experience supporting system modernisation or digital transformation initiatives within complex environments.
  • Prior experience working in large‑scale, multi‑region, or BPO‑style delivery environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Effective collaboration across development, infrastructure, DevOps, and AI engineering teams.
  • High ownership of code quality, delivery outcomes, and solution stability.
  • Structured problem‑solving approach, with the ability to break down complex technical challenges.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, particularly in cloud and AI domains.
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast‑paced, evolving delivery environments.
  • Attention to detail across coding, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • A proactive, self‑driven mindset with a strong commitment to engineering excellence.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary aligned with the Indian market.
  • Flexible working environment (remote or hybrid, role‑dependent).
  • Clear career progression, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
  • Ongoing learning through certifications, training programs, and workshops.
  • Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, health, and term insurance.
  • Opportunities for international exposure and travel, depending on role and projects.
