About The Role
If you're a passionate technologist with strong leadership experience and expertise in the US Healthcare domain, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You will be leading the development of innovative healthcare solutions, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. The role requires a proactive approach to technical leadership, full-stack development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems tailored to healthcare workflows. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and other standards, while leveraging the latest technologies to improve healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in C#, Web APIs, and RESTful services is essential. Candidates should have experience working with SQL Server and Entity Framework, demonstrating a solid understanding of database design and management. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git is required. Additional qualifications include hands-on experience with FHIR standards and a deep understanding of the US Healthcare domain. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies are considered advantageous.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Define and enforce development guidelines to maintain code quality and consistency.
Full Stack Development: Develop robust backend systems using .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks. Build responsive and user-friendly frontends utilizing JavaScript and Angular. Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
US Healthcare Expertise: Work closely with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and EDI (837/835) to develop compliant solutions. Ensure data privacy and security are maintained throughout all development phases. Build solutions that align with healthcare workflows to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
Architecture & Performance: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling large healthcare datasets. Contribute to microservices and cloud architecture initiatives, optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability to meet enterprise needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to deliver cohesive and user-centric products.
DevOps & Quality: Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Ensure rigorous testing and code quality using various testing frameworks. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining system integrity.
Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated experience in .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, and Angular. Hands-on experience with FHIR standards and a strong background in the US Healthcare domain are critical for success in this role.
