The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Lead Full Stack Developer to take the reins of our latest project. This isn't just a coding role; we need a visionary who can build application structures from the ground up, ensuring every line of code meets industry-leading standards for performance, scalability, and testing.
As the Lead, you will have the autonomy to handle the project independently while maintaining the leadership presence to mentor and assist the team whenever roadblocks arise. Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and build robust application structures from scratch using industry best practices.
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for project delivery, ensuring milestones are met within defined timelines.
- Mentorship: Guide the development team, perform code reviews, and provide technical support to maintain high-quality output.
- Database Excellence: Optimize complex queries and manage data structures effectively.
- Continuous Innovation: Proactively learn and adopt new technologies to keep our stack competitive.
Technical Requirements
Core Stack (Required):
- Backend: Advanced proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+.
- Frontend: Strong experience with Angular or React.
- Database: Expertise in SQL Server or MySQL, specifically in query optimization and performance tuning.
- Testing: Implementation of unit testing, integration testing, and TDD (Test Driven Development).).
Data & Analytics:
- Proven experience in Dashboarding and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" List):
- Mobile: Experience with Flutter, React Native, or native Swift.
- AI/ML: Familiarity or hands-on experience with Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
