Job Title-.NET Developer (C#, WPF/WCF)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in C# and Microsoft technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing desktop and service-based applications using WPF, WCF, and WinForms, along with strong SQL knowledge. Exposure to the Capital Markets or Financial Services domain will be an added advantage.
The role requires excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
- Build and enhance desktop/UI applications using WPF and WinForms
- Develop and maintain service-oriented applications using WCF
- Write optimized SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and improve database performance
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Ensure high-quality coding standards and best practices using Git version control
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions
- Support application enhancements, maintenance, and production issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies
- Expertise in:
- WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
- WinForms
- Experience working with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including:
- Queries
- Joins
- Stored Procedures
- Performance Optimization
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio IDE
- Working knowledge of Git/version control systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Capital Markets / Financial Services domain
- Experience with Angular or PowerApps is an added advantage
- Familiarity with modern development practices, tools, and methodologies
- Experience working in enterprise-level application environments
