A leading HR & staffing services firm operating in the IT staffing and talent solutions sector, specialising in placing software engineering professionals for enterprise cloud and digital-transformation projects. We recruit and deploy on-site .NET development teams across India to accelerate product delivery, modernise legacy systems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and services using C# and ASP.NET (Core/MVC).
- Build and consume RESTful APIs; model and optimise relational data with SQL Server and Entity Framework.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns, follow OWASP best practices, and harden application security.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes via CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate daily with product owners, QA, and DevOps in an agile on-site team; participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Write unit and integration tests, maintain technical documentation, and enforce coding standards and automation practices.
