We are looking for a .NET Developer, who enjoys working in a lean, high-ownership environment where they can contribute meaningfully to production systems, client-driven feature development, internal tools, and API-based solutions.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
- Strong experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#
- Solid experience in building and maintaining Web APIs
- Frontend development experience using Angular / React / JavaScript
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Familiarity with Git for version control
- Good understanding of debugging, performance optimization, and production support
- Exposure to working with existing / legacy systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Azure is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Good communication skills, especially in a small-team environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Your Role
As a
.NET Developer, you will
- Quickly onboard and develop a strong understanding of existing applications and systems
- Act as a reliable backup for the current .NET developer and share ownership of critical applications
- Deliver features independently with minimal supervision
- Build, maintain, and enhance Web APIs, internal tools, and client-driven applications
- Contribute to improving system stability, code quality, and overall development efficiency
- Reduce dependency risks by strengthening continuity within the engineering team
- Support maintenance, enhancements, and system improvements as business needs evolve
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Maintain proper documentation and follow development best practices
- Participate in debugging, optimization, and production support activities
