About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with 6 to 12 years of experience in software development, particularly in .Net core and related technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and organizational standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and release managers to ensure seamless delivery of software products from development to deployment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects utilizing the latest cloud technologies and high-performance databases, contributing significantly to the company's digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in .Net core development. Proven expertise in newer versions of .Net and cloud platforms, particularly GCP, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor team members effectively. A solid understanding of messaging systems, high-performance NoSQL databases such as Aerospike, and relational databases like MySQL is required. Experience working with cloud environments, especially GCP or equivalent platforms, is highly preferred. Candidates should also have a good grasp of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and deployment processes. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically expected.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role include executing the development pipeline and ensuring the timely delivery of software products to QA and production environments. You will work closely with product owners and team members to decompose user stories, design features, and prioritize tasks effectively. Supporting automated testing frameworks and test-driven development practices to uphold high-quality standards is a key part of your role. You will support integration efforts, helping to assemble complex systems from various subsystems, and assist release managers in building and improving release processes. Identifying potential technology risks early and establishing mitigation plans is essential to ensure project success.
You will prototype, validate, and develop specific application solutions tailored to business needs. Responding promptly to production incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, troubleshooting, and debugging complex issues across distributed systems are critical responsibilities. Collaborating with development teams to deploy and release new features, while continuously optimizing application performance and efficiency, will be part of your ongoing contributions. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative team environment.
