About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior .NET Programmer interested in leading the transformation of Compliance Watchdog products with AI technologies. The individual will design, develop, and implement AI-driven features within the software, apply best practices in .NET development, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring adherence to coding standards for scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead projects that enhance our platform’s capabilities using cutting-edge AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and core Programming principles
- Proven experience in Software Development with a focus on efficiency and reliability
- Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks
- Analytical problem-solving skills and familiarity with AI integration into software systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead projects and guide teams
- Passion for innovation and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Experience in the healthcare or compliance industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Senior .NET Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions within the Compliance Watchdog platform. Key responsibilities include creating new features and functionalities that leverage AI technologies to improve compliance tracking and verification processes. The role involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough debugging and testing, and optimizing application performance for high reliability. The candidate will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other development team members to ensure seamless integration of AI modules and adherence to best practices in software development. Additionally, they will participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and stay informed about emerging trends in AI and software engineering to continuously enhance the platform’s capabilities.
