About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with expertise in .Net, .Net Core, C#, Web API, and related technologies. As a .Net Lead, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, overseeing the development lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects using the latest technologies, contribute to strategic technical decisions, and mentor junior team members. The position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or team lead capacity. A strong understanding of .Net and .Net Core (latest versions) is essential, along with proficiency in C# and Web API development. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is highly desirable, along with knowledge of messaging systems and high-performance NoSQL databases such as Aerospike. Candidates should have hands-on experience with MySQL and a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test-driven development. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are crucial. Certifications in cloud technologies or software development are a plus.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the .Net Lead include but are not limited to:
- Leading the development and delivery of software products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams to decompose user stories, design features, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Implementing automated testing frameworks and practices to maintain high software quality.
- Supporting system integration efforts to build cohesive and scalable solutions from various subsystems.
- Assisting release managers in planning and executing software releases, driving continuous improvement in deployment processes.
- Identifying potential technological risks early and developing mitigation strategies.
- Prototyping, validating, and delivering tailored application solutions to meet business needs.
- Responding promptly to production incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving service requests within defined SLAs.
- Collaborating with development teams to deploy new features and updates seamlessly.
- Continuously optimizing application performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
