We’re hiring .NET Developer (SSIS / SSRS / SQL Development). This is a 100% Remote role.
Note: This opportunity requires working during Pacific time zone (US PST hours) overlap.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated .NET Developer with expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL development to join our dynamic team at Droisys. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust .NET applications and data integration solutions that support our clients' strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, report generation, and system integration, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data migration and integration tasks.
- Expertise in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for designing and deploying reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration processes.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of application architecture and common design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and services aligned with business needs.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects to ensure efficient data processing.
- Create and deploy detailed SSRS reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on client specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather reporting and data needs, translating them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all data-related activities.
- Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through code optimization and database tuning.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to uphold quality standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data integration and reporting tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in .NET development, data management, and reporting solutions.
