We’re hiring for a .NET Developer with expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Development. This is a 100% remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Please note that this role requires working during Pacific Time Zone (US PST hours) overlap to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and team members.
About The Role
The .NET Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications and data solutions. This position involves working with a variety of technologies centered around .NET and SQL Server to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and QA professionals.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex data integration projects, reporting solutions, and application development in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating optimized database queries, developing reports, and ensuring the overall integrity and performance of data systems. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in software development with expertise in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and data integration tools. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
Key Qualifications Include
- Extensive experience with .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and ETL processes
- Expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for designing and deploying reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices in ETL processes
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration strategies
- Experience using version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
- Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software development

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the .NET Developer include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust .NET applications and services that align with business requirements
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects to ensure data accuracy and performance
- Designing, developing, and deploying SSRS reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and data needs, and translating these into technical solutions
- Ensuring data integrity, application performance, and scalability across all systems and databases
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, Data Engineering, and Business Analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain code quality and consistency
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices
