Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled .NET Developer with 4–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), application architecture, database technologies, and modern development practices. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web, desktop and Mobile applications using .NET technologies.
- Develop scalable and high-performance applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to understand and implement project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and applications.
- Work with databases such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL to design and implement efficient data storage solutions.
- Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
- Implement application security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers when required.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support application deployment and CI/CD processes.
- Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies, industry trends, and development best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in .NET application development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET8, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong knowledge of databases, particularly SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React and React native.
- Knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with Azure, Oracle or AWS cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and modern deployment practices is an added advantage.
- Experience in leading modules or mentoring junior developers is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
