We’re currently hiring for a .NET Developer (SSIS / SSRS / SQL Development) role. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. Please note that this role requires working during Pacific Time Zone (US PST hours) overlap to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
About The Role
The .NET Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications and data solutions. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in .NET technologies, SQL Server, and reporting tools such as SSRS. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and data engineering, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
The primary responsibilities include developing scalable .NET applications, optimizing complex SQL queries, creating and deploying reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment. Candidates should be comfortable working during US PST hours to facilitate real-time communication and project coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core/Web API.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration processes.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Availability to work during US PST hours for collaboration purposes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient .NET applications and services aligned with business requirements.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and other database objects to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Create, design, and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all applications and databases.
- Participate in code reviews, testing phases, and deployment activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Work closely with QA, Data Engineering, and Business Analysis teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain documentation of technical specifications, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
