About The Role

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in .NET Core, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React. This role involves taking ownership of complex technical projects, contributing to architectural decisions, and working independently to develop scalable, high-quality applications. The Senior .NET Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on modernizing legacy systems, implementing microservices architectures, and optimizing application performance, all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of professional experience with .NET technologies, including C# and .NET Core.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks such as ES6+, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Proven experience working in a Windows environment with strong understanding of user stories and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, CI/CD pipelines, and pull request workflows.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development and backend services.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, including writing advanced queries and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Experience with Docker and microservices architecture is preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications utilizing .NET Core and React frameworks.
• Lead the migration of legacy WebForms applications to modern React-based architectures, ensuring minimal disruption and high performance.
• Create reusable front-end components and libraries to promote code efficiency and maintainability.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to support front-end functionalities and integrations.
• Work independently as an L3 resource, handling complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and version control protocols through regular code reviews and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system stability and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to technical decision-making, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
