Role Description
Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (6–10 Years Experience) Overall Experience
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with
6–10 years of hands-on experience in software design and development using Microsoft technologies.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- NET & Backend Development
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core
- Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with Web API, RESTful APIs, Web Services
- Experience with WCF, Windows Services
- Hands-on experience with Worker Services
- Strong knowledge of Multithreading
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Strong grasp of Design Patterns and Design Principles
- Unit testing experience using xUnit
- Experience in Microservices architecture (added advantage)
Frontend / UI Frameworks
- Experience with Angular
- Knowledge of Blazor
- (Nice to have: React.js)
Database Skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Writing complex queries, Joins, Stored Procedures
- SQL Profiling and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of database performance optimization
DevOps & Tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of Jenkins
- Knowledge of Harness (Good to have)
- Familiarity with DevOps processes
- Experience with Source Control systems: Git / Bitbucket / SVN
- Working knowledge of JIRA Agile and Confluence
Cloud & Additional Skills (Good To Have)
- AWS knowledge: SQS, SNS, Lambda
- AWS Cloud experience
- Knowledge of SQL Kata
- CodeBuild exposure
- Financial domain / Payment gateway experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and APIs
- Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems
- Work closely with product and support teams to prioritize solutions
- Participate in system design discussions and technical architecture decisions
- Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices
- Troubleshoot complex production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional (Onsite + Offshore) teams
- Clearly explain technical architecture, data flow, and design decisions
- Work in US overlap timings (minimum 3 hours)
