Role: .Net/AWS Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in India
Overview
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong AWS expertise to build and enhance cloud-native, event-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing REST APIs and microservices using C#/.NET, deploying applications on AWS, and implementing event-driven messaging using Amazon SQS and SNS.
AWS experience, including SQS/SNS messaging, is mandatory. Candidates without hands-on AWS development experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices hosted in AWS.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Amazon SQS and SNS.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Experience implementing event-driven architectures using Amazon SQS and SNS.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and messaging patterns.
- Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
