Role Description This is a full-time, on-site .NET + Next.js developer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET on the backend and Next.js on the frontend. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, reusable code, integrating APIs, optimizing application performance, and ensuring security and reliability of solutions. The developer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, implementing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement in development processes.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in backend development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs) and related frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with frontend development using Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI components.
- Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar), data modeling, and writing efficient queries.
- Familiarity with software development best practices such as version control (Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to analyze requirements, contribute to solution design, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) and secure application development is an added advantage.
