About the role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you contribute to HR projects and provide support to the Human Resources development team. Your missions will include, in particular: Help prepare meetings of the CSE and its committees, Assist in preparing meetings with Trade Union Organizations, Participate in the management of points reported by the IRP, Support on legal and HR issues, Participate in the deployment of HR projects, Prepare legal and administrative HR documents, Lead legal and HR monitoring. Profile sought: BAC +4 Social Law or Human Resources; You have solid knowledge of social law, and more specifically of collective labor relations law. You have good knowledge of HR processes. You are a person recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, your interpersonal skills, your writing skills, your analytical mind, your curiosity and your proactivity. You are proficient in IT and the use of the Office 365 Pack; You are looking for a company that is responsible, at all levels. Your level of English allows you to read, write and participate in meetings.
