About the role
In our 24-month trainee program, you'll work through five different stations in marketing and sales, with a special focus on eCommerce. Because we're counting on you for the long term, you'll receive a permanent employment contract right from the start. You'll be supported by your coach, who will guide you through your professional and personal development throughout the trainee program. In Marketing, you will support our Brand Managers and Consumer Experience Specialists and work hand in hand in an international environment to ensure the continued success of our products and brands. In shopper marketing, you implement activation measures for eCommerce customers, including content projects as well as SEO and SEA activities. In Key Account Management, you will support customer service and demonstrate your sales talent, especially in online channels and eCommerce partnerships. In Category Management, you'll learn about the interface between marketing, sales, and our eCommerce platforms. Here, you'll analyze category potential and develop local strategies to optimize product presentation for our partners. The assignment abroad offers insights into the work of a global corporation and the eCommerce strategies in various markets.
