Merchandiser - Nescafe

Job Description: Lead the execution of merchandising activities across key outlets to drive visibility and sales for Nescafe brands. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal visibility and placement of Nescafe products in targeted retail outlets through regular store visits and interactions with retailers. 2. Identify and address any gaps in product availability, shelf positioning, and in-store promotions. 3. Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute impactful in-store activations and promotional campaigns. 4. Collect and report relevant market insights and feedback from outlets to support category management. 5. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative merchandising solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on merchandise performance. Requirements: 1. 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with retailers and sales teams. 3. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and address merchandising challenges. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to generate insightful reports. 5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
