Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager who thrives in complexity, owns their outcomes, and operates with precision, speed, and strategic foresight. This is not a routine or support role — it’s a high-responsibility, high-autonomy position where you’ll be expected to think, decide, and act as if the business were your own.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every step of our supply chain — from ingredient sourcing to customer delivery — reflects the same care and intention that define our brand. If you’re someone who builds systems (not just follows them), sees around corners, and takes proactive ownership of outcomes, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision: Design and implement agile supply chain strategies that support our long-term growth and high standards — without sacrificing quality.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Build and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, labs, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and alignment with our values.
  • Operational Execution: Handle end-to-end operational flows, including logistics, packaging, 3PL coordination, lab follow-ups, and international fulfillment.
  • Inventory Mastery: Monitor and manage inventory levels with accuracy and foresight, avoiding stock-outs while minimizing excess.
  • Project Ownership: Run cross-functional projects from brief to delivery, coordinating across teams with minimal supervision.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions before they escalate — agility and foresight are key.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer support to keep the entire business moving in sync.
  • Regulatory Confidence: Ensure compliance with relevant domestic and international regulations across sourcing, production, and logistics.
  • Continuous Optimization: Use data to refine processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste without compromising product quality or brand values.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations — within the luxury goods, beauty, direct-to-consumer (DTC) sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex operational flows — including supplier coordination, 3PL, logistics, packaging, and lab processes.
  • Strong fluency in key tools: Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, CIN7, ERP.
  • Startup or scale-up experience: you know how to work with speed, ambiguity, and imperfect information.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-obsessed, systems-first mindset.
  • A mindset of ownership, not task execution — you anticipate problems, and move before you’re asked.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, and reliable under pressure.
  • Clear, assertive communicator who knows how to lead external partners while maintaining diplomacy.
  • Comfortable in a fast feedback, high standards environment — where speed, clarity, and precision are the norm.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: you’re not just looking for a job; you want to build something meaningful and grow with it.

Benefits Package

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
  • Fully remote position — work from anywhere.
  • Monthly wellness allowance.
  • Flexible Time off Policy and Company-wide Holidays (including winter break).
  • Health Insurance options including Medical, Dental, Vision.
  • Annual team offsite/retreat experience.

How to Apply

If this sounds like your dream opportunity, complete a brief questionnaire (10-15 minutes) on our careers page and share your CV with us. Our process is built to assess mutual fit and give you a clear sense of how we work, what we value, and where you could grow with us.

Our application process includes:

  • 📃 A 10 to 15 minutes application survey.
  • 💻 A 15-30 minutes video call with our Recruitment Team to assess the fit between the position, the company, and your career path.
  • 📝 A take-home assignment to provide a hands-on context for some of the tasks this role entails.
  • 💻 A 60-minute video call with the hiring manager to discuss your background, explore potential alignments, and dive deeper into our values and culture.

Note: We carefully review each application and aim to notify all candidates within 2 weeks of their submission. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, it is likely that your application has not progressed to the next stage. We encourage you to apply for future opportunities that align with your experience and skills.
