Neroli Salon & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salon General Manager to lead our team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience. This role focuses on mentoring, coaching, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience, aligned with our mission and values. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability, operational efficiency, and growth of the location, while fostering a positive and empowering work environment for all team members.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee operations that impact profitability, identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and communicate revenue targets to the retail team and service providers.
- Implement and oversee Aveda + Rewards and Neroli Loyalty Program.
- Manage retail and service operations, ensuring high productivity and service standards.
- Oversee technical scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Lead the execution of Aveda product launches and seasonal plans.
- Oversee daily cash control, marketing, inventory management, and the facilitation of group events.
- Inspire and retain top talent through motivation, celebration, and ongoing coaching.
- Conduct quarterly touchpoints with technical and non-technical team members.
- Coordinate monthly meetings for Retail Team
- Monitor performance and assist in annual reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring high retention rates.
- Ensure guest amenities meet or exceed expectations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of organizational goals.
- Develop and implement a leadership succession plan, fostering future leaders.
- Empower the team with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Ability to develop, communicate, and implement a clear vision for the location.
- Specific understanding of salon/spa products, services, and trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of fairness, social skills, and ability to inspire and motivate others.
Education, Experience, Training & Credentials:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical Salon/Spa experience.
- Previous experience in retail management.
- Familiarity with Aveda product lines and loyalty programs.
- Certification in salon/spa management (preferred).
